Where function is to be held
Cost to be paid in cash or by check at time of making reservation
Copy of Driver's License
Park Fees:
$50.00 - For Firemen's Park, Large Pavilion + $50.00 Refundable Security Deposit
$20.00 - For Firemen's Park, Small Pavilion
$10.00 - Turtle Park Pavilion
$20.00 - Trestle Park Pavilion
